 nths, up to around 7 months old or until they become very mobile. Our focus
  is on gentle, healing movement tailored to the postpartum body—supporting 
 recovery, stabilization, and a gradual return of strength and energy.\nWe c
 reate a calm, caring, and playful environment where you and your baby can f
 eel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Whether your baby is resting, feedin
 g, or in your arms, you are welcome just as you are.\nNo prior yoga experie
 nce is needed—this class is open to all levels. You’ll also have the opport
 unity to connect with other new moms in our community.\nEach session includ
