Welcome to our Gentle Mama-Baby Yoga Class – a nurturing space designed especially for mothers in the earlier postpartum months to move, heal, and connect, together with their babies.
This class is recommended for moms in the early postpartum period and is most suitable for babies in their first months, up to around 7 months old or until they become very mobile. Our focus is on gentle, healing movement tailored to the postpartum body—supporting recovery, stabilization, and a gradual return of strength and energy.
We create a calm, caring, and playful environment where you and your baby can feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Whether your baby is resting, feeding, or in your arms, you are welcome just as you are.
No prior yoga experience is needed—this class is open to all levels. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other new moms in our community.
Each session includes:
- 50 minutes of yoga and movement
- 25 minutes of mama sharing at the end
You're also welcome to join without your baby if you are a new mom looking for a supportive postpartum yoga experience.
Please get clearance from your doctor before joining the class.
