Discover the joy of dancing with your baby in your arms or in your belly at our Mama Latin Dance Class for pregnant women and new moms!
Movement, fun, and shared moments — for you and your baby.
Our Mama Latin Dance Class with our delightful Latin dance teacher (and mom of two) Ludi are designed for both pregnant women and moms in postpartum and gives you the chance to dance in a relaxed, joyful atmosphere while getting a great workout.
You’ll learn simple Latin dance steps like Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue — no experience needed!
For postpartum moms: If you are a new mom coming with your baby, you can move to the rhythm of the music, while your baby stays safely close in a carrier or can relax and play on a play mat.
This class is perfect for moms after childbirth who want to gently get their bodies moving again while enjoying emotional connection and fun with their baby.
For pregnant women: Did you know that dancing is a great way to keep moving your body throughout your pregnancy and to prepare it for childbirth too? Moving your hips, your pelvis, and strengthening your back and pelvic floor without you even noticing... :-)
The class is offered in English.
Make sure to get the OK from your doctor before joining.
